This policy explains what information wisdomtreetherapy.net collects and how it's used. It covers the website itself — for how your health information is handled once you're a client, see the Notice of Privacy Practices.
What this site collects
If you use the contact form, we collect what you enter: your name, email, phone number (optional), whether counseling is for you or someone else, and confirmation that you live in Missouri. That information is sent to Stacey Stefanski via Web3Forms, a third-party form service, for the purpose of responding to your message. It is not sold or shared for marketing. Web3Forms stores submissions for 30 days and then deletes them automatically.
This site does not currently use analytics, advertising cookies, or tracking pixels. If that changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Third-party services
- Web3Forms processes contact form submissions. See Web3Forms' privacy policy.
- Headway handles scheduling, insurance verification, and billing for appointments booked through the “Schedule an appointment” button. Once you click through to Headway, their privacy policy governs that information.
- Google Fonts are loaded from Google's servers to display the site's typefaces, which means your browser sends a request to Google when this site loads.
What we ask you not to send us
Please don't include detailed health information in the contact form. It's meant for scheduling questions and general inquiries, not clinical communication — email and web forms aren't a secure channel for that. Anything related to your care as a client goes through Headway's secure platform instead.
Children's privacy
This site and the practice it describes are intended for adults 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
Your rights
You can ask what information we have connected to you, ask us to correct or delete it, or ask us to stop using it, by reaching out through the contact page or by phone.
Changes to this policy
If this policy changes, the update date at the top of this page will change too. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated policy.
