Many people arrive with more than one
These categories aren’t as separate in real life as they are on a page. Trauma often carries anxiety with it. A life transition can trigger depression, or unearth a relationship pattern you hadn’t noticed before. Most people who reach out are dealing with some combination, not a single tidy category.
You don’t need to diagnose yourself before booking, or pick the exactly correct page. Read whichever one sounds closest to what you’re carrying, or skip the categories entirely — individual therapy is built for exactly that. Once we talk, we’ll get a clearer picture together, and the work will follow what you actually need rather than the label you clicked on to get here.
If you’d rather think about it in terms of who you are than what you’re dealing with, who I help might be a better starting point.
If you are struggling: reaching out for support can be one, small courageous step toward feeling more like yourself again.
Life can be tough, but you don't have to go it alone. Help is available.
