Who I help
Who I work with
Missouri adults, 18 and over, online.
My ideal client
The people I work best with
The people I work best with are usually in the middle of something complicated — a transition that’s upended their sense of who they are, anxiety that’s stopped feeling manageable, a past that keeps showing up in the present, or a pattern they can see clearly but can’t seem to stop repeating.
A lot of them are sensitive in a way the world doesn’t always make room for — people who feel things deeply, notice everything, and carry an inner critic that’s louder and crueler than anything a friend would ever say to them. If any of that sounds like you, we’re probably a good fit.

Being straight with you
Who I don’t serve
I’d rather tell you upfront than have you find out three sessions in. I don’t work with minors, clients outside Missouri, couples looking for couples therapy, or anyone in active crisis who needs a higher level of care than weekly outpatient sessions can offer. I also don’t prescribe medication.
None of that means I can’t point you somewhere useful — I’m glad to help you find the right referral. For the complete list with more detail on each, see who I’m probably not the right fit for.
If you are struggling: reaching out for support can be one, small courageous step toward feeling more like yourself again.
Life can be tough, but you don't have to go it alone. Help is available.
